Adult Ministry
Our adult ministry provides a pathway for strengthening your connection with God and building meaningful relationships with others.
We don't want anyone to remain in the same place they were a year ago; we want to help people move along the pathway from
crowd ... to
community ... to
converted ... to
church ... to
core
Let's continue to learn and grow and connect deeper with God and others.
If you have questions on our adult ministry program, please feel free to contact Joe Jackson, Assistant Pastor: Adult Ministries, at joejackson@fallcreekonline.org.

Volunteer Rallies
September 1
As we head into a great fall season with many changes coming, Pastor Larry calls the whole team--meaning all volunteers, leaders, assistants, helpers, and anyone who is part of any ministry--together for a rally. The value of this meeting will be to:
Cast a vision for our church-wide program and goals for the year.
Inspire and motivate all volunteers.
Allow training time for ministry leaders.
Let's begin the year with everyone fresh, motivated, and inspired to move people along the Pathway to spiritual maturity at Fall Creek!
January 19
This will be a time get assess and evaluate our effectiveness -- and to get reinvigorated for the rest of the ministry year.
May 6
Our end-of-the-year celebration is an event you'll want to put on your calendar. This is a fun time when the staff throws a big celebration to thank our volunteers for all their work.
Prayer Meetings
Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Everyone is invited to our weekly prayer meeting where we lift up our world, community, neighborhood, and loved ones to the Lord.
We also have all-church Prayer Rallies.

Women at the Water Cooler
July 13, Oct 12, Jan 11, April 12
W@tWC is for working women whose time is limited. A one-hour gathering time to enjoy chocolate, fellowship, and inspiration for balancing work, church, and family kicks things off...but the real fun begins when you leave. You will have an opportunity to engage in a three-month-long scavenger hunt to collect proof that you have connected with other women. (The list will include a lunch receipt, junk mail from someone's house, a picture of another person's place of work, etc.) The winner will be determined at the next gathering.
Coordinators: Heather Wilson and Michelle Rice
Girls' Night Out
GNO is primarily a social time for all women who want to connect with each other. We have two events this year: Women of Faith Conference (Aug. 20-21, Conseco Fieldhouse) and Jan. 28 (TBD)
Coordinator: Jennifer Caister
Transformed Women Book Club
